Playback Routing
Choose how regular production website videos play. HLS → MP4 uses direct media first. Vimeo fallback OFF is the NetFree-safe mode: it also forces direct playback and the watch page will not load Vimeo at all unless Vimeo is intentionally selected later. Vimeo only intentionally uses Vimeo immediately. City Admin uploads stay on their Drive video.
Each platform has its own setting: Off hides Vimeo-only lectures, Vimeo Player uses Vimeo embeds, and Our Player streams the same recorded videos through the Irgun player (requires Vimeo API file access). Lectures copied to Drive remain available. These settings do not change the existing website HLS/MP4 and fallback controls.
Bulk schedule JSON import
Paste a JSON list of lectures here and import the whole flyer at once. I can give you this JSON from a flyer. Use a unique sourceId for each flyer or batch; importing the same sourceId again replaces only that batch, so corrections do not create duplicates.
Import lecture dates from YouTube match file
Upload the Irgun-Certain-Date-Updates.csv file. This importer changes only the Lecture date. It never sends or changes the Irgun title, description, speaker, topic, or media. It previews and skips missing IDs, invalid dates, title mismatches, and dates that are already correct.
Administrators
Add an existing Irgun account by email, or remove an administrator who no longer needs access.
City Admins
Give an existing account access to one city without making that person a full administrator. Cities come from the audio and Video Shiurim Drive folders.
Series Contributors
Give an existing website account access to specific Series speakers without making them a full administrator or City Admin. Assign speaker folder names exactly as they appear in Google Drive.
Open speaker folder in Google DriveChoose one or more speaker folders using the arrow. Add New Speaker creates the folder in the Series Google Drive automatically. Contributors can upload directly on this website without separate Drive sharing.
Video Shiurim city names
Set the Hebrew name shown in the Hebrew city filter. The Drive folder name remains the city identifier.
Sponsor ribbon
Set the optional banner shown at the top of the public website. Approved website sponsorships can also appear there during their paid dates.
Stripe donations
Recent Stripe donations, including donor notes/descriptions. Donation notification emails are sent to the configured donation email after successful charges.
Website sponsorship prices
Set the current prices shown to donors. New checkouts use these values; existing paid sponsorships keep their original amount.

Paid sponsorships wait here for your approval. Approving one makes its dedication eligible for the public ribbon on the selected dates.

Shiur play counter
Enter the corrected total for each platform. The old starter total is no longer included; the homepage combines these platform totals with live website events.
Live stream override
Turn on a live player even when no lecture is scheduled. Choose one or both locations, then save.
Where Admin Mode works
Schedule cards gain Add, Edit, and Delete controls. Shiurim video cards gain Edit controls for titles, speakers, topics, descriptions, program, location, year, language, and shiur code. Paid Shiurim gains Add, Edit, and Delete controls for title, price, description, speaker, category, and Drive matching aliases.
